The 2-Story Carriage Garage from Stoltzfus Structures is one of the most versatile structures we build — equal parts statement piece and serious square footage. On the outside, hand-crafted dormers, carriage-style garage doors, and a steep 8/12 roof pitch give your property a look that turns heads and adds real curb appeal. On the inside, 8′ 1st floor height and a fully usable second floor give you the kind of space most homeowners only dream about. The loft is popular as a home office, art studio, man cave, or guest quarters — private, quiet, and completely separate from the main house. Built by our Amish craftsmen in Atglen, PA, every carriage garage is fully customizable: choose your size (20×20 up to 28×56), your siding, your colors, and your interior finish.
