Stoltzfus Structures has tons of outdoor retreats to choose from, and with all of them, you can expect the following features: spray foam insulation in the floor, walls, and ceilings, vinyl plank flooring, tongue and groove pine finished with a clear coat, and electrical wiring. All these features can elevate your structure’s interior and allow you to customize your retreat as much as you’d like. We have several options of vinyl plank flooring that you can choose from to fit your dream interior space. Consider contrasting the flooring with the walls’ color, or keep a similar appearance and use contrasting furniture to give your interior a unique appearance. The pine tongue and groove interior is the most affordable option, but you can customize your walls with different stains, paints, or materials.
Use Your Retreat All Year Long
With the included feature of spray foam insulation in the floor, walls, and ceilings, as well as the electrical wiring, this allows you to use your outdoor retreat all year round. This insulation will act as a barrier to heat transfer, meaning it will keep your retreat cooler during the hot summer months and warmer in the Winter season. Depending on the retreat, some come loaded with an entire electrical package, meaning you will have a unit for heating and cooling. This spray insulation will help keep the AC inside when it’s hot outside and vice versa in the winter. Other structures will have some electrical features, but may not include the heating and cooling unit, and may come with a ceiling fan. This home office can be customized inside to whatever you desire. Above are three different styles we have seen done in the past, and they all look beautiful once the space is decorated. One is bold as it concentrates on the white walls contrasting with the dark floor and furniture, the second has a cozy feel with its warm tones, and the third has the popular modern appearance with its light gray walls and white accents.
She Sheds can be made into hobby areas or whatever you would like! This customer built their space to fulfill their love of crafting and sewing. This space became so colorful and vibrant once everything was placed inside. It gives a “homey” feeling with the vintage rugs, plants, curtains, couch, and throw pillows.
Man Caves are another retreat that can be heavily customized to be the perfect space for you. You can create a game room, a fishing shack, a movie room, or place a pool table with a large TV for watching sports games.
