Gideon Zook started Stoltzfus Structures in 1975 in Lancaster, PA. This small shop specialized in sheds, but that grew into our much larger shop today, which produces tons of buildings each week, ranging from garages, sheds, pool houses, greenhouses, saunas, pavilions, and more. Our shed specialists understand that some clients are looking for a simple structure to store tools, seasonal items, etc., while others are looking for something more. Have an “out there” shed idea? Contact Us – we love to hear about new ideas and figure out if we can make those dreams come true for you. They can guide you through the shed styles, sizes, standard features, possible upgrades, color options, and more. Our team can also help you with the site prep on your property, so your shed can be placed with ease, without dealing with external contractors. This also includes giving suggestions on delivery clearances, preparations, and placement on your property if needed. Permits will be discussed to see if our team can pull the permits for your area or if you will be responsible for this. Don’t worry – our team will guide you through this process and will always be a phone call, text, or email away!
Warranties & More
Stoltzfus Structures offers a 10-year warranty on all its structures. After 10 years, if any issues were to arise, we can get you in touch with the manufacturer, and they may offer you other options. If you have any questions regarding our structural warranties, get in touch with us, and we would love to help. We also offer shed removal if you are purchasing a new shed from us. This old shed may be hurting the value of your home, and it could be difficult to find ways to break down and get rid of the shed. We can take care of this after getting some photos to see if we are able to haul it on the road, and then give you a quote. See more about our shed removal process HERE.
Styles
We offer 4 types of sheds: Storage, Dormer, Garden, and Elite. Storage sheds are typically used for any kind of storage needs, whether that’s seasonal items or things that you may not need every day but don’t want to crowd your home. Dormer sheds are not for a specific purpose but rather offer a different appearance and a bit more height than our other sheds. Garden sheds hold any kind of outdoor tool, like shovels, mowers, etc. Elite sheds are considered more “luxury” versions of our other sheds. They have a gorgeous appearance for your background while also giving you the extra space to store items.
Customize and Build Your Own
Our 3D Builder tool lets you customize your own shed and send it to our sales team to get a quote. You can create as many variations as you’d like, save them, and connect with us for more questions, customizations that may not be on the builder, or to find out more details. There are three styles of sheds you can choose from on the building tool: storage, garden, and elite, and then substyles within each of the three categories. In the example below, you can see the customizations and selections from the tool, including: storage shed, modern lean-to, HardiePlank lap siding, 12×20, a double 18×27 window on the left and right sides, a double slab 4-lite door, pequea green siding, black trim, textured black metal roof, white slab doors, and black window frames. There are tons of custom sheds you can create on this tool. Our team can’t wait to see your creations.
